Summer outfit ideas: Going to the Zoofeatured

I still hope to go someplace exciting this summer, but we vacationed on Tenerife in May, so I’m enjoying a staycation here in Moscow. I decided to utilize some of Moscow’s best tourist attractions and come up with outfit ideas for these. I’m pretty sure you’ll find these types of attractions in most big cities of the world, so I hope my looks inspire you in some way, whether you are on a vacation or exploring your hometown. I started with one place I make sure to visit every time I’m in a new city – the zoo. I used to get overly excited about our trips to the zoo as a kid, and I still feel giddy upon entering this magical place. Moscow zoo is quite a big one and is situated near the city center. It is definitely on my must-visit places in Moscow list. Make sure to go see mama polar bear with her two baby bears – the most awwww-inducing experience ever.
I chose to wear an outfit that my five-year-old self would approve of: a white crochet skirt, cute striped tee and dainty accessories. Comfy flats, big bag and a camera are my zoo trip essentials – and multi-colored balloons, of course (that sadly flew away as I was touching up my lipstick). Tell me what you think about this look and what you want to see next – maybe a theatre or a sight-seeing outfit. Make sure to click read more, lots of photos under the jump (even one where I’m feeding a giraffe). More info about Moscow zoo on their website here.
