This time of the year in Moscow is equally splendid and elusive – blink and you’ll miss it. Nature’s final grand show before the long and lifeless winter takes over, that brief moment when it almost seems summer will be victorious… It never is, of course, which gives this season the most bittersweet taste.
I took this Farfalla bow-tie for a stroll beneath some maple trees, and we’re both satisfied with the outcome. You and I can now live vicariously through these photos while melting snow is being mixed with dirt by thousands of scurrying feet outside. And if you live in a mild winterless climate, just… just don’t talk to me right now. What’s your favourite season?
